Use the Forum for public (or category-visible) discussions. For a private one-to-one talk—including project-related questions—use Messages instead.

Read a topic#

  1. Open Forum in the main menu (also on My Dashboard Quick links).
  2. Choose a category.
  3. Click a topic title to read replies.

Start a topic#

  1. Open the right category.
  2. Click New topic (or the equivalent button on that page).
  3. Enter a clear title and your question or update.
  4. Submit.

Prefer one main question per topic so others can find answers later.

Reply#

  1. Open the topic.
  2. Scroll to the reply box.
  3. Write your reply and submit.

Message the author privately#

On a post, click Message next to the author (when you are signed in and it is not your own post). That opens Messages addressed to them.

Report and conduct#

Keep posts respectful (Code of Conduct). If a post offers Report, use it for that post. For private messages, report inside Messages. Broader concerns: Support.
