Event recordings
When an organiser publishes a recording, Watch recording appears in the About this event section of the event page (not on the live join banner).
How to watch#
- Open the event page (you must be allowed to view that event).
- Find Watch recording under the event details / about area.
- Sign in as a member if you are not already — guests are prompted to Sign in as a member to watch the recording.
- Click Watch recording. Signed-in members are sent to the recording host (YouTube, Drive, Zoom cloud, or another https link) in a new tab when configured that way.
If you do not see the button#
- The organiser has not set a recording URL yet — check back later.
- You cannot view this event (members-only or invite-only).
- The recording field was cleared after the session.
If watching fails#
- You may see This recording is not available. (no access, missing event, or similar).
- An empty or invalid link may send you back to the event page without a clear error — ask the organiser or Support with the event name and date.
